After online purchase, you will receive a docu-sign email when your exhaust ships. Please fill out the form and sign. The two forms will show as proof for purchase for your warranty with LeMans Edition. Please keep for your records.

Sales Tax (United States)
Sales tax is added to US orders that currently require sales tax in Nexus. LeMans Edition collects and pays sales tax in compliance with US states.

Full Modular System

LeMans Edition exhaust systems are all modular. This is a huge benefit to our customers. The system being modular allows you to add NPP valves at any time if you do not purchase them now. With the LeMans Edition system being fully modular, you can change and upgrade your system at any time without the need to remove your rear bumper the 2nd time. Selling your C8 and want to add the NPP valve system to your existing system? NO PROBLEM! Give us call, pay the difference, and we will have the NPP system on the way to you. 

With the LeMans Edition Center Bezel, you will have access to your rear exhaust set up with only removing two bolts and then removing the center bezel. If you are purchasing the track system with NPP valves, we suggest purchasing the Track LeMans Edition Elbows as well if you wish to track your C8. This will allow you to remove your NPP Valves and mufflers for our full track system HP gains. LeMans Edition track system non NPP is covered on or off the track. 

Car accident? Exhaust damage? We are here to help. With our fully modular system, each piece is separately replaceable. This means you can purchase each part of the system that needs to be replaced and not necessarily needing to replace a whole exhaust system. Sometimes things happen. Need to warranty a part out? No worries. Not only do you not need to remove your rear bumper again, we are also able to warranty the part out and pick up the core without you needing to drop your exhaust. THIS IS A HUGE ADVANTAGE over ALL other exhaust systems. This system is built for ALL drivers. Built to give your HP and Torque, built for adjusting builds at any time, built to flow and look amazing on the C8 and built for dubitability. 

Warranty Policy

LeMans Edition Inc warrants exhaust products only to the original purchaser and only for the original vehicle on which the product was installed against defects in materials and workmanship for life of the vehicle with the following exceptions: LeMansEdition® will warranty our black coatings tips, tip finishes, carbon fiber tip and moving parts including but not limited to valves and actuators for one year of purchase date. This does not include in any way blemishes, marring of appearance of exhaust, tips and or including also fiberglass parts due to weather, road hazards, car accidents, gel coating, other shops workmanship, paint, lack of maintenance or extremes of heat or cold. This warranty does not include any Chevrolet stock parts. This warranty shall apply only when LeMans Edition’s examination of the returned product discloses a manufacturing or material defect, and Le Mans Edition’s sole obligation under this warranty shall include approval repair and limited replacement at LeMansEditions’ option. Note all attachment to universal mufflers must be made to the entrance and exit tubes; there should be no welding to the shell or end caps as this will void the warranty. No expressed or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are hereby made except as otherwise expressly provided herein. In the case of any question, call (727) 519-8093. Due to sound being subjective, we do not warranty for sound. You will have a pitch change in 4cyl mode and suggest Z-mode. The pitch will change when going from 4cyl to 8cyl. This is very common amongst all aftermarket exhaust systems. There are several ways to adjust the sound level. You can obtain aftermarket items to quiet your system, option to purchase quitter modules or elbows from LeMans Edition. You can also upgrade to NPP or quiet your system with our Stealth Modules. 

Le Mans Edition Dealers or Distributors are not liable for any loss, inconvenience or damage, whether direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise. You are responsible to follow your LeMans Edition installation guide. This guide is in place for safety and waves all responsibility of Le Mans Edition and dealers of Le Mans Edition. The NPP System is not for track use and only recommend for quiet cold starts and light city driving.

Warranty may change with update at any time. LeMans Edition reserves the right to adjust warranty as needed to follow state codes manufacturing warranties etc.

Returns Policy

Free Returns offered if cancellation within 24 hours. Our systems are built to order to your specs. Cancellation on orders for non-built to order products will have a 20% restocking fee. (Selling your vehicle while your system is on build/ being built / and/or not installed yet, does not constitute/warrant a return/refund).  Shipping charges will not be refunded on any returns since Items ship free to you at our cost. Items returned in a condition which requires re-packing may incur additional re-stocking fees. AAllreturns must have a approved RN number writte  on each box. If a return has been approved; you must drop off at a certified UPS location where package weights MUST match the original package weight. If a package is approved for return and is not properly shipped, LeMans Edition (lemansedition.com) does not take responsibility for shipments being shipped to us nor does LeMans edition accept responsibility for incorrect returned contents, insurance coverage, damage, liability and cost. When returning a product; you the purchaser are the shipper and "you" take on the responsibility to ship the correct contents, product and insure your items properly. LeMans Edition has the ability to refuse any and all refunds if policy and steps are not followed properly. You must call Le Mans Edition at 727-519-8093 and receive a RN number for any and all approvals. All shipping to and from customers require a 21 and up adult signature per box delivered. Customers are required to sign for all products shipped from LeMans Edition. Arrival signature is used as your purchaser signature of product, warranty proof and policy acceptance. 

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 1 day of placing the order by contacting our customer service department at 727-519-8093.  You must call as soon as possible. All builds are started within 24hours of your order being placed. Please call a sales representative with any questions you may have. 

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing any products or services on LeMans Edition's website (www.lemansedition.com "site”), you, the customer or dealer, (“Customer”) accepts, without limitation or qualification, these General Terms and Conditions in its entirety of Sale governing such purchase. Any purchase made by "customer" can be canceled at time of purchase, by LeMans Edition, for any reason within 72 hours of purchase. This applies to incorrectly marked sales prices, incorrect use of discount codes or any other reason LeMans Edition deems necessary. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are construed to be an offer, this offer expressly limits acceptance by Le Mans Edition "LeMansEdition" to the terms of this offer and notice of objection to any different or additional terms is hereby given. If these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are construed to be an acceptance of an offer, this acceptance is expressly conditioned upon LeMans Editions’s assent to any different or additional terms contained in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall constitute the complete agreement with respect to the Products or Services.  If you do not agree and accept, without limitation or qualification, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you may not purchase from LeMans Edition. LeMans Edition does not make any claims per each states exhaust regulations. This is a cat-back exhaust. This exhaust does not affect your catalytic converter. 

Purchasing

Upon purchasing, the Customer affirms its acceptance to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and confirms that it has read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.  These General Terms and Conditions of Sale will apply to each order that the Customer places through the Site. By purchasing products, the sale shows approval of purchase and reflects your agreement for all policies and hold the same standards of a signature receipt in all 50 states. An order placed through the LeMans Edition "Le Mans Edition""LME" website or through a LeMans Edition performance specialist or other means is binding on the Customer. 

From time to time LeMans Edition may provide information to Customer pertaining to Customer’s orders and/or vehicle by way of email or other medium, and Customer may opt out of these communications at any time by emailing sales@lemansedition.com

All merchandise is in good condition and packaged extremely well when it leaves our shipping department. In the case of damage or loss, immediately notify the package carrier (UPS) Once the package has left our facility, all responsibility for proper delivery is upon the carrier and does require an adult 21+ to sign on delivery. UPS will have three attempts and also give you a chance to pick up the exhaust kit at a UPS facility in your area.  Failure to pick up the ordered packages will cost additional shipping charges for the "customer". Any questions call 727-519-8093 immediately. Do not return any items without prior notification. All packages are insured with a third-party insurance company. This is in place to protect the consumer "customer" and LeMans Edition from fraudulent orders. LeMans Edition will prosecute fraudulent purchases to the fullest. By eliminating scam and fraudulent shoppers' "customers" we are able to provide our customers "sales customers" with the highest quality of customer service.

All questions, disputes or actions arising in connection with this Agreement shall be construed, resolved and governed in accordance with the Commercial Code of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions and exuding the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods.

This text evidence and all emails and any other conversation via devices (LeMans Edition Policies) the entire agreement between the parties with agreement of purchasing is binding and holds as a signature binding contract as a proof of purchase and acknowledge by purchasing. We will prosecute against fraudulent purchases and individuals attempting to scam the company. LeMans Edition has these policies in place to protect the consumer and company. 

THE CUSTOMER AGREES THAT NO OTHER REMEDY (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES, INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS) SHALL BE AVAILABLE TO IT WHETHER ARISING UNDER CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY, AND CUSTOMER FURTHER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND TO SAVE LE MANS EDITION HARMLESS FROM ANY LIABILITY OR OBLIGATIONS INCURRED BY OR ASSESSED AGAINST LE MANS EDITION DBA LEMANS EDITION TO OR BY ANY PERSONS INJURED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY IN CONNECTION WITH ANY OF THE PRODUCTS, OR DOCUMENTATIONS SOLD OR SUPPLIED BY LE MANS EDITION.
